Dear Editor, – I am writing in support of the comments made by Mr McIntosh regarding the function held at Ochtertyre House.

Even when the councillors concerned attend such functions for perfectly valid reasons it can create a perception among the electorate that they may feel an obligation to look favourably on these companies.
