City Hall debate

Dear Editor, – Much has been written about the City Hall over the years. It was reported last Friday that PKC is accessing a wide ranging report. That seems to have been the problem over the years – too many recipes and cooks! At the time the new concert hall was being considered a comprehensive and professional report was commissioned by PKC to study the best site and the overall city plan consequences of that decision. This plan was to pedestrianise a large number of streets, link these streets through the existing vennels to make Perth pedestrian friendly.Read
