A TELEVISION star tipped for Hollywood success is set to meet his Fair City fans tomorrow.
Two months to the day since he scooped a brace of top prizes at the UK’s prestigious Inside Soap Awards, Eastenders pin-up Rob Kazinsky will make a personal appearance at Perth’s City nightclub.
The heartthrob, who previously starred as Casper Rose in Sky TV’s football drama Dream Team, landed the sexiest male and best actor accolades at the London ceremony in September.
Kazinsky has played wayward Eastenders character Sean Slater since August 2006, but is due to leave the BBC soap next month.
City manager Graham Cunningham said club staff were “very excited” to have secured their high profile visitor.
“There has been high demand for Rob’s appearance,” he told the PA yesterday.
“We have even had various enquiries regarding this event from fans as far afield as Manchester.”
Following his impending Eastenders exit, Kazinsky intends to pursue a career in Hollywood. The star was recently signed up by the same actors’ agent as Brad Pitt and industry insiders are already predicting he will be a major US success.
Kazinsky will be signing autographs from 10pm onwards at the South Methven Street venue tomorrow night.
Fans are being advised to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
