MacDonald’s show time

SINGING sensations The MacDonald Brothers visit Perthshire on Thursday on the latest leg of their Highlands and Islands tour.

The Ayrshire duo, who rose to fame on TV talent show The X Factor, will be appearing at Pitlochry Town Hall.

Brian and Craig, who are devout fans of former Queen frontman Freddie Mercury, have released two albums and scored a clutch of hit singles, with their second LP, The World Outside, including the Elton John song, Runaway (Do You Love Me).

Ever keen to perform live, the pair joined Westlife on the majority of their UK tour dates earlier this year.

The popsters’ third album, With Love, was released in February.
