Hixxy in a spin

HARDCORE’S biggest-selling act of all-time will perform an exclusive set in Perth this weekend.

Dj Hixxy will make only his second Scottish appearance of 2008 at Bliss and Envy nightclub on Saturday.

Jock-cum-singer Recon, who has just completed a huge multi-arena UK tour with his Ultrabeat dance act, will provide support.

Also in the line-up are legendary dj Scorpio, Vortex - who will be showcasing his last ever Scottish dj set - top Scots jock Marc Smith and Mc Whizzkid, fresh from being named the world’s number mic controller.

The event across three rooms will cater for all variations of dance music, including hardcore, hardstyle, hard trance, club classics and all genres in between.

Djs from all over Scotland will also be on show, with Juvenile, Amnezia, Brooklyn Assault, Hotchkiss, Mc Voyager, Activator Mc and Perth’s own Jaym, Mark Stuart and Dysfunctional Dj.

Tickets for the show, which starts at 8.30pm, are available from the Canal Street venue, Mondo and Concorde in Scott Street.

A bumper crowd is expected and clubbers are being advised to arrive early.
