Gigs at the double

THERE’S a couple of gigs worth looking out for at Perth’s Mucky Mulligans this week.

On Thursday, the Canal Street venue has Newport-based Kick Superb, who recently released their debut single Quit The Ordinary to rapturous acclaim.

The hotly-tipped outfit are reminiscent of The Undertones and The Jam and boast some powerful and addictive songs.

Meanwhile, Muckys’ resident band Aye `N’ Aye will be performing an acoustic set at the pub on Sunday.
