Rockers’ gigs

ANOTHER busy weekend of live sounds at Perth’s Mucky Mulligans is on the way.

On Friday, rock / metal outfit The Starry Wisdom Cult will take centre stage at the snug Canal Street venue, with support coming from Maya 29.

The headlining act were recently described as “monumental cosmic metallers, cloaked in dark, dark clothes, images and sounds, doing metal in the way Satan intended”.

On Saturday night, it’s Perth-based alternative rockers The Grip at Mulligans.

Both gigs start at 9pm.
