Happy Vandals and The Number to play Perth and beyond. . .

A PAIR of Perth bands are set to team-up for a series of live dates.

Alternative acts Happy Vandals and The Number (above) have revealed they plan to play “a few significant dates” at the start of next month.

Both outfits intend to release new EPs on Fair City indie label Zine Records, with a launch night gig planned for Dundee's Doghouse on Monday.

The show, which will also feature two other acts on the bill, will be followed by dates at Glasgow’s Pivo Pivo on Wednesday, then Aberdeen’s Tunnels the following night.

Entry to the Dundee gig costs £4.
