FESTIVALS are notoriously unpleasant places unless you have a penchant for mud, dirt and general uncleanliness.

For preening fashionistas, a weekend in a field is leagues away from luxury, but for lucky ladies at T in the Park this weekend, great music does not have to come at the cost of personal hygiene.

At the Refresh tent (next door to Healthy T), for just £2 girls can use the dedicated toilets, groom their hair with dryers and straighteners and use the variety of products to feel fabulous again.

If looking your best is just not good enough for you, T in the Park offers you many routes to feeling great too.

Neck and shoulder massages, reiki and reflexology are all available in the Bedouin tent, providing excellent preparation for T’s shopping opportunities.

Retail addicts can get their fix by browsing through the festival’s market stalls, selling a multitude of clothes and accessories across the park.

The truly dedicated can trawl through the many charity stalls to fulfil their bargain hunger.

Refreshed, relaxed and newly attired, T ladies will be fully equipped to attract the attentions of the festival’s resident rock stars.
