A GROUP of six patients from Murray Royal Hospital in Perth present The Blair Ghost Project to an invited audience in Perth Concert Hall this afternoon.
The group have been working with Glasgow-based Tricky Hat Productions to devise, create and perform this theatre piece.
Wendy Niblock, who runs Tricky Hat Productions explained: “Tricky Hat Productions is a theatre company for vulnerable people of all ages.
“Working on The Blair Ghost Project has been a fantastic experience for the guys involved. It involves ghosts, Gothic terror and a bit of Shakespeare in a collection of connected scenes devised by the patients themselves.
“The performance is going to be closed to the public but we are hoping that a lot of NHS people will be there to chart its progess.”
Contributing to the production have been Mick Slaven, who plays with Deacon Blue, who has scored the music, award-winning writer Alan Wilkins and theatre director Fiona Miller.
