It was an all-singing, all-dancing stage extravanganza packed with music and colour – and captivated audiences at the show.
The musical opus was called 'Flapper' and was a magnificent showcase for the talent at the Julie Young Centre for Performing Arts.
All manner of colourful scenes with music and dance were performed during the American-style ‘flapper’ tribute which was directed by Amanda Beveridge.
An array of dancing girls – including Sian Davies and Toni Murrie – lined up for a series of inventive numbers.
Jonathan Cannidge and Carlynn Laahs played the leading roles in the madcap musical comedy.
