A SPECIAL event takes place on Wednesday evening in the atmospheric surroundings of Castle Menzies.

In an event organised by The Watermill, Alexander McCall Smith will be reading from and signing copies of his latest novel La's Orchestra Saves the World, which is due to be published next month.
