Birnam Institute Players set to host production

THE Birnam Institute Players invite everyone to the Birnam Institute on Friday or Saturday evening to enjoy their production of 'The Fairmer Wants A Wife'.

This comedy by Alan Cochrane is set in Scotland in June in the 1820s, where the laird is seeking a wife to share his draughty castle and his dysfunctional household.

The players take to the stage at 7.30pm on both evenings. Tickets cost £6 (children £4), which includes nibbles.
