CRIEFF Drama Group is searching for some on-stage seating for their next production on the Easter weekend.

The thespians are appealing to anyone who can lend them a two-seater settee and armchair for their upcoming play, Holiday Snap. Ideally, they’re looking for conservatory-style seating, but they’d be more than happy to work with any other type.

The furniture is an essential part of a stage set portraying a luxury holiday apartment on Portugal’s Algarve.

Holiday Snap is a farce by Michael Pertwee and John Chapman. In two acts, it’s a lightning-paced comedy of errors, misunderstandings and downright deception, where a group of British holidaymakers are trying – but for the most part failing – to have the time of their lives with.

Crieff Drama Group is staging the play on Thursday to Saturday, April 1-3, in Morrison’s Academy Hall.
