Take a trip on Skoda's new Fabia BlueLine

DESPITE the credit crunch, Skoda has introduced a new version of the Fabia hatch that, whilst it costs an additional £160, comes with £750 worth of extra kit, representing a saving of £590.

Called the BlueLine, it has a special colour of Pacific Blue, a white roof, distinctive 15-inch alloy wheels and lowered suspension.

Interior features over the Fabia 2 include 'Magic' upholstery, climate control, a storage compartment for spectacles plus storage boxes under the front seats.

It costs £9,990 for the 1.2-litre 70bhp petrol model and £11,450 for the 1.4-litre 80bhp diesel unit.

Just 500 are to be released.
