Scottish game fair gets underway in Scone

HUNTING will be the name of the game in Scone this weekend when the countryside comes to town for a three-day bonanza.

The Scottish Game Fair starts today  (Friday) and runs until Sunday and tens of thousands will be attracted to hunt for bargains, entertainment, education on conservation and wildlife affairs and see the huge variety of displays.

The fair is open from 9.30am-6pm in the grounds of Scone Palace.

Model Jacqui Fenner was game for a go at gun dog handling yesterday as the fair set up. One of the many attractions on offer at this weekend, it was gorgeous trainee gun dog Billy who put Jacqui through her paces.
