Thief steals pensioner's handbag

A PENSIONER’S handbag was stolen on Monday by a man who ran up and pulled it from her in Perth.

It was in broad daylight on Monday, between midday and 12.30pm, when the 69-year-old was walking between Argyll Road and Sanda Court.

The culprit is described as around five-foot tall, young, with short dark brown hair and wearing a dark top or jacket.
