THE Perth & Kinross Tenants & Residents Federation will be holding a general meeting for tenants and members of associations on Tuesday, August 19, at the Quality Hotel in Perth. Refreshments will be served from 6.30pm.

Guest speaker on welfare rights is Maggie Edwards, welfare rights officer, Perth and Kinross Council.
