Driver waits for sentence

A PERTH man who drove while disqualified and without insurance will be sentenced at the Sheriff Court on September 3.

Kevin Gardner (31), of Bute Drive, North Muirton, committed the offences on the A9 Perth-Inverness road, Dunkeld Road and Bute Drive on April 9.

Social inquiry, community service and Restriction of Liberty Order reports have been requested.
