Charity shop issues appeal

SAVE the Children’s Perth shop is appealing for your clothes, bric-a-brac and electrical goods to help save a child’s life.

Rob McMillan, Save the Children’s retail manager for Scotland said: “Just £3 buys water purification tablets to provide children with safe drinking water and £4 buys a treated mosquito net to prevent a child catching life-threatening malaria.

“Donating your unwanted goods can make a real and lasting difference to these children’s lives.”

The Save the Children’s shop on 12 Kinnoull Street, Perth, is open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am-4.30pm.
