Planning boss guest speaker

PLANNING chief Roland Bean will be guest speaker at Perthshire Chamber of Commerce’s business lunch next month.

Mr Bean last addressed a Chamber lunch exactly a year ago. And the return visitby the man in charge of planningissues across Perth and Kinross has been prompted by ongoing concern among members about aspects of planning policy and practice.

The lunch, at the Salutation Hotel, Perth, on Tuesday, September 23, will give Mr Bean the opportunity to detail improvements made over the past year and field questions from the floor.
