Drink driving denied

PERTH man John Clark will appear for trial at the Sheriff Court on November 3, charged with driving with more than double the legal alcohol limit.

Clark (24), of Campsie Road, had a preliminary hearing arranged for October 23.

He denied driving with 90mics. of alcohol – the legal limit is 35 – in Campsie Road and Dunsinane Drive on July 26.
