A PERTHSHIRE company facing health and safety charges following the death of a worker has to wait until September for the case to be continued.
Thomas Thomson (Blairgowrie) Ltd and Thomas Thomson (53), one of its directors faced Perth Sheriff Court following the tragic death of a 26-year-old Polish worker on a farm near Blairgowrie just over two years ago.
Gerard Faltynowski, of Swidwin, was electrocuted while erecting a polytunnel in a strawberry field at Mains of Rattray Farm on July 28, 2006.
The case continues on September 16.
