Swinney on the move

NORTH Tayside MSP, John Swinney will be travelling around East and Highland Perthshire as part of his regular surgery programme today (Friday, August 22).

Mr Swinney said: “Due to the size of my constituency, I feel it is my duty to offer my constituents as many opportunities as possible to meet me.

“I enjoy these surgeries, as they offer me an opportunity to meet my constituents, and discover what issues they have.

“I encourage as many people as possible to come along to these meetings to discuss their concerns.”

Mr Swinney will be visiting the following venues at the following times:

Pitlochry, Town Hall – 11.30am–12.30pm.

Aberfeldy, Recreation Centre – 1–2pm.

Dunkeld, Birnam Institute – 2.30–3.30pm.

Scone, Robert Douglas Memorial Institute – 4–5pm.

Coupar Angus, 5.30–6.30pm.
