A penalty in the second half to Letham ensured an easy victory.
This was followed on Tuesday with a hard fought victory over Bridgeton United in the gloom at Seven Acres by three goals to two.
Tomorrow Vale of Earn are the visitors for a league match.
Letham Lads (sponsored by Stagger Inn): The Lads were unable to keep their one goal advantage against Vale of Atholl last Saturday finally going down by the odd goal in five. Newtyle Hearts are this week's visitors in a league encounter.
Letham U19's (sponsored by J Queen & Son): The team defeated Broughty United by two goals to one in the opening match of their league campaign. This week, they meet Kirrie Thistle.

Letham U14's white (sponsored by Scottish Hydro Electric) The Whites had no answer to the older Perth Killie side last Sunday. This week they are away to Bankfoot Athletic.
Letham U12's tangerine (sponsored by Scott McRae): The team got back on track against Scone Thistle last week after a disappointing display against the club mates in the Sky Blues. On Sunday they are home to Breadalbane/Strathtay.
Letham U12's white (sponsored by David Miller, Electrical Contractor) The team played well in a entertaining and even game against Luncarty last Sunday. No game this weekend.
Letham U12's sky blue (sponsored by Scottish Hydro Electric Plc) Powerful performances last week when they defeated the Tangies for the first time and then narrowly but deservedly accounted for Breadalbane/Strathtay. On Sunday they are at Goodlyburn where they play Luncarty.
