A PERTH woman has been slapped with an ASBO after neighbours complained of noisy parties and intimidation.

Perth Sheriff Court granted an Interim Anti-Social Behaviour Order against Karen Burns, 33 Parmelia Court, Perth, after an application from Perth and Kinross Council.

The move came after enquires by the Council's Anti Social Investigations Team.

The Interim Order prohibits Burns from allowing loud music to be played in her property, having parties in her property or intimidating or abusing residents or visitors to Parmelia Court, Perth.

A spokesperson said that the ASBO was sought only after attempts were made by the Anti Social Investigations Team to work with Ms Burns in attempt to change her behaviour.
