Denies four assaults

A PERTHSHIRE man denied four assaults at Perth Sheriff Court.

Russell Duncan (34), of East Meriness Farm, Tibbermore, will stand trial on February 23, with a preliminary hearing arranged for January 29.

He denied that on October 19, in the car park at Tesco Xtra, Crieff Road, Perth, he punched David and Charles Duncan on the head and body, to their injury.

Also, that on the same day, in Ainslie Place, Perth, he repeatedly punched David Duncan’s head and body and struck him on the head with his fist, which contained a key, to his injury.

He also denied assaulting Charles Duncan at a house in Ainslie Place by punching his head and body and striking him on the head and face with his fist, which again contained a key.
