Ceilidh to raise funds

THE Macmillan Palliative Cancer Care Unit, planned for the grounds of Perth Royal Infirmary, will benefit from a fund-raising ceilidh next month.

The event, being organised by Audrey Fenton, is being held in Forgandenny Village Hall on Saturday, January 3.

Music will be provided by the Jim Lindsay Ceilidh Band, with the doors opening at 7pm and entertainment starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £15 each and the host of each table is being asked to bring a hamper of festive food for guests.

Donations are also requested for a fund-raising raffle which will be held on the night.
