TWO Perth men have been banned from a local nightclub after appearing at the Sheriff Court charged with attacking each other.
Callum Miller (31), of Canal Street, faced three charges. He denied punching Steven Rennie several times on the face in Sportsters on December 19.
He is also alleged to have committed a breach of the peace and resisted two police officers. He will face trial on April 6. He was freed on bail but banned from the area around the South Methven Street nightspot.
Steven Rennie (30), also of Canal Street, will stand trial on April 7.
He denied assaulting Miller by striking him on the head with a bottle, to his injury. He is also alleged to have had the offensive weapon in his possession .
He was also released on bail and a similar ban was imposed on him in relation to Sportsters.
