Ready to race

ORGANISERS are putting the finishing touches to preparations for this year’s Race For Life at Scone Palace.

This Sunday, nearly 2000 women will walk, run or jog the 5k course to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

The build-up to the race starts at 10am, with craft activities for children using old water bottles. At 11am, Miss Teen UK will start the race.

There will be no road closures around Scone Palace on Sunday.
