TWO people have been taken to hospital after a crash involving a bus carrying school children in Perthshire.
The collision, between the bus and a Vauxhall Astra, happened on the A822 Braco to Crieff road at Redford Farm at about 6.20pm on Monday.
The 29-year-old female driver of the north bound car suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee.
The 56-year-old male bus driver was taken to Stirling Royal Infirmary.
Tayside Police said there were five school children, aged between 12 and 17, on the south bound bus at the time of the crash, one of whom sustained an injury to his hand.
The force is appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or who saw either vehicle prior to the crash to contact them.
