Feedback for services

PEOPLE who use the council services at Pullar House and the Area offices will be able to give feedback on customer service this week (Monday, October 5–Friday, October 9).

A customer satisfaction survey will be available for customers to mark National Customer Service Week (CSW).

All week, a member of staff will ask people who wish to take part in the survey a range of questions after they have used services at Pullar House or the Area offices.

The results will be used to inform service improvements for the benefit of customers.

CSW is part of a national scheme aimed at raising and promoting awareness of customer service.

A host of events are planned to support CSW across Perth and Kinross Council. The activities are part of the Council's Customer First programme, an project to improve customer service.
