ORGANISERS of Perth’s Silent Auction have been overwhelmed by the generosity of local businesses, who see this as an opportunity to donate to the three chosen charities.
There are many highly-prized lots, starting with Grassicks who have contributed all of their profit on the sale of a BMW Mini First in Pepper White.
The donations are very diverse as can be seen from the McGregor family whose Binn Skips business has donated three skips, whilst the Bein Inn business offers dinner, bed and breakfast for two people.
We are also grateful to receive a beautiful Philip Stein wrist watch, donated by T. B. Mitchell, Jewellers in St John Street, and a day out for four (including lunch with house wine) at the Grouse Experience (pictured below) in Crieff.
One of the more quirky items to be donated is a printed interior door by Write on Signs. Give them a photograph and they will reproduce the image on a new door ready to hang in the house – ideal for a kid’s bedroom.
There are many other items donated which might be just what you are looking for to finish off your Christmas list, so get onto the website and get bidding.
