A DRUNKEN Perth woman fell while pushing a buggy – and the child in it fell onto a busy road, the Sheriff Court was told.

Barbara Garry (34), of Drummond Crescent, will be sentenced on December 9 after background reports have been obtained.

She admitted wilfully exposing or neglecting the toddler in a manner likely to cause unnecessary suffering or injury to health.

The incident took place in County Place, Perth, in August. Garry was under the influence of alcohol at the time and incapable of exercising proper control.
