Target met by school

BALBEGGIE Primary has been awarded Health Promoting School status.

Perth and Kinross Council set schools a target for health and wellbeing to be reached by 2010.

The standard covers five themes including personal and social education, emotional health and wellbeing, eating for health and physical activity.

To date, 15 local schools have already met the standard.
