A PERTH school has been forced to make a “full and frank” apology after a five-year-old pupil went missing.
The youngster was supposed to be attending after-school facilities at Inch View Primary in Craigie earlier this week, but decided to head home.
Staff at the multi-million-pound facility were alerted by a Fair City neighbour, who looked after the child until his mother returned from her work.
Constructed as part of Perth and Kinross Council’s £136m Investment in Learning programme, a spokesman for the local authority said staff at the school had contacted the concerned family members to apologise.
