Hilton Dunkeld House hotel is launching a 12-month apprenticeship programme for chefs of the future

A TWELVE-month apprenticeship programme for Scottish chefs of the future has been launched in Highland Perthshire.

The Hilton Dunkeld House hotel is among the chain’s Scottish venues providing on-the-job training, involving executive chef master classes, personal mentoring and the chance to compete for the Chef Apprentice of the Year award.

Each apprentice will be fully funded, including tuition fees and travel expenses, and receive a salary.
