Indecency charge

A 52-YEAR-OLD Perthshire man appeared in private at Perth Sheriff Court this week, charged with behaving indecently towards two young girls.

Jeffrey Lewis Colville, of Leitfie Terrace, New Alyth, made no plea and his case was continued for further inquiries.

He was freed on bail but a special condition was imposed, banning him from approaching or contacting the alleged victims in any way.
