Resurfacing works close A94

THE A94 Perth to Forfar Road will be closed for one day early next month at Burrelton, between Side Street and School Road.

The section will be closed on Sunday, November 2, between 7am and 7pm, to allow resurfacing works to be carried out.

The alternative route for traffic will be via the A93 Perth to Blairgowrie road and the A923 Blairgowrie to Coupar Angus road.

Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and for residents living within the closure.

During the closure, Stagecoach Strathtay Service 57 will be diverted between Rosemount and Redstone Crossroads, with a shuttle bus meeting the main bus at these points and maintaining a through service via Coupar Angus to all destinations.

The bus stops at and opposite Burrelton Post Office will not be served during the closure and passengers should use bus stops in Woodside or the Strelitz junction.
