Police plea after lorry’s tyre blowout

TAYSIDE Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident that occurred on the M90 Perth-Edinburgh motorway, near to Bridge of Earn, at 5.45pm last Thursday.
A heavy goods vehicle travelling in the northbound carriageway suffered a tyre blowout and the debris from that damaged several other vehicles.
The HGV wasn’t traced at the time.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information is asked to contact Tayside Police on 08456-005705 or any police officer.
