Burrelton Primary Health Day

BURRELTON Primary School held a successful afternoon of health activities on Friday, June 6,to celebrate reaching the standard to become a Health Promoting School, the first school in Perth and Kinross to do so. 

Children showcased their talents to parents and invited guests in singing, Scottish country dancing, skipping and sharing ideas about healthy living and outdoor learning.

Invited guests were John Swinney MSP, Pete Wishart MP, Margot Cram (Service Manager), John Fyffe (Executive Director of Education and Children's Services), Kim Fraser and Paul Ballard from NHS Tayside, Councillor Ian Miller, Councillor Alan Grant and Councillor Dennis Melloy.
