Labour sparks health budgets row

Labour has sparked a political row over health budgets by claiming English spending will outstrip Scotland per head of population within four years for the first time.

The party used its research to launch an attack on the SNP administration at Holyrood, calling on health secretary Nicola Sturgeon to match Labour spending at Westminster.
