Ryanair is axing two daily routes from Cork Airport to the UK in a row over charges.
The flights to East Midlands Airport in Leicestershire and Glasgow Prestwick Airport will stop at the end of October.
Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary claimed he was forced into a move that will see 200 jobs lost because of a 20% hike in fees at the Irish airport. But Cork Airport Authority rejected the assertion and accused the no-frills airline of reneging on an incentive deal for new routes.
