Two party-loving brothers have been banned from their own home in what is believed to be the first case of its kind in Scotland, it emerged.

Twins Christopher and Scott Sammons, 17, have been banned from entering their flat in Elgin following a series of parties which caused misery for their neighbours.

Since the schoolboys moved into the Ashgrove Court flat on June 4, police have attended 26 times in response to complaints of drunken behaviour, fighting and noisy, alcohol-fuelled disturbances.
