Call to check disabled bay abuse
MSPs are being urged to back plans to crack down on drivers who abuse disabled parking places.
Labour backbencher Jackie Baillie has put forward proposals for a new law that would see able-bodied drivers who park in disabled bays fined up to £60.
MSPs will debate the general principles of her Member's Bill on Wednesday afternoon.
