Man dismisses Vicky 'confession'

A man said to have admitted killing schoolgirl Vicky Hamilton dismissed the alleged confession as "the haverings of a drug addict", a court heard.

Jurors heard that Hugh Gunn also denied - during an interview with police in 2001 - having made comments about killing the 15-year-old.

The details emerged during the final day of evidence in the trial of Peter Tobin at the High Court in Dundee.
