Worker killed in fall from oil rig

A man has died after plunging 130ft from an oil rig.

The worker fell from the Ocean Princess platform which was docked at Invergordon Harbour in the Cromarty Firth, the rig's operators said.

He was taken by ambulance to Invergordon Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
