Scott demands powers for Holyrood
Scotland needs strong tax powers as part of a "radical and ambitious" home rule settlement, Liberal Democrat leader Tavish Scott said.
Mr Scott marked St Andrew`s Day by calling for Holyrood to gain additional powers.
And he also took the opportunity to hit out at SNP, claiming the Nationalist administration had "no plan B" to help Scotland through the current economic crisis.
