'53% will shop family drink-driver'

More than half of Scots would report their own family members to the police for drink-driving, new research reveals.

The Road Safety Scotland survey found 53% of people north of the border would be likely to shop family or friends for the offence.

And of those who would not do so, the vast majority said this was because they would prefer to confront family members or friends themselves.
