'Critical month for climate change'
Environmental campaigners claimed marks that start of a "critical month" in the fight against climate change.
United Nations talks on climate change are due to get under way in Poznan in Poland.
And WWF Scotland said the UK Government's independent advisors, the Climate Committee on Climate Change, were also due to make recommendations on Sunday.
